Commercial Window Cleaning Across Scotland

Palmer & Co provides commercial window cleaning for offices, managed properties, retail sites, hotels and high-level buildings across Scotland. Our work is planned around the building, the access required and the people using the site, whether the clean can be completed from ground level or needs a specialist access method.

High-level window cleaning is a core part of what we do, but we can also include regular low-level window cleaning where it forms part of a planned contract, wider site visit or existing route. This gives managing agents, facilities managers and commercial clients a single contractor for the full building.

Planned Window Cleaning for Commercial Buildings

Commercial window cleaning needs consistency. For managed buildings and busy commercial sites, missed visits, unclear schedules or poor communication can quickly create problems for tenants, staff and visitors. Palmer & Co plans window cleaning around agreed frequencies, access requirements and building use, helping clients keep properties looking clean and professionally maintained.

Our work often supports commercial offices, hotels and hospitality buildings, retail sites and managed properties where cleaning has to be reliable and discreet. For managing agents and facilities managers, this means one team that understands recurring schedules, tenant expectations and the need to work with minimal disruption.

From Ground Level to Specialist Access

Not every window cleaning job needs rope access or platform access, but many commercial buildings need more than one method. Palmer & Co can clean accessible lower-level windows as part of a wider contract, while also planning safe access to upper floors, difficult elevations, internal courtyards or awkward areas that standard methods cannot reach.

Depending on the building, our team may use reach and wash systems, cradle and BMU systems, rope access or platform access. The right method is chosen after assessing the building, the surrounding area and the safest way to complete the work.

Safe, Reliable Work Around Occupied Sites

Window cleaning often takes place around people who are already using the building. That may include office staff, hotel guests, shoppers, residents, contractors or members of the public. Palmer & Co plans work around access points, entrances, pedestrian routes, traffic restrictions and operating hours so each clean can be delivered safely and sensibly.

For more complex sites, planning may include access assessments, risk assessments, method statements, rescue planning and traffic management where required. This approach is supported by our wider health and safety process and helps reduce the risk, disruption and uncertainty that can come with poorly planned work.

Trusted by Commercial Clients Across Scotland

Client feedback helps show the trust placed in Palmer & Co by managing agents, facilities managers and commercial clients who need safe, reliable work carried out with minimal disruption.

Was on the market for a water fed pole for my new softwash set up, the boys there sorted it out and had everything in stock. Also got a chemical injector nozzle and a free brush head when purchasing the pole. All the stuff is on display so you can actually get hands-on to what you are wanting to buy.

I visited the store for a telescopic pole and water backpack. I've got no firm knowledge of the window cleaning trade, but the team at Palmer assisted me tremendously, providing the necessary fitments and assembly of the product. Great service. Great business. Great people. Thank you.

Story time On one dreichet day in the capital, my flatmate and I sat, staring out of the window waiting for inspiration to strike, when around the corner pulled up a fleet of Palmer and Co vans and a truck. We were stunned. The workforce stepped out, gleaming in the January drizzle and set to work cleaning the windows of the opposing building to us. We were in awe as three daring souls stepped into the capsule and were sent heavenward to the windows in the sky. Bravery. We realised we only had one chance to get this right as we entered onto the Spotify app. S Club 7 began to ring in all its glory, giving them the confidence to ‘Reach for Stars’... and the windows, they certainly sparkled like constellations on that day. Peace out.

Having audited this company at length, we have found them to be professional, diligent and they have the ability to demonstrate key attention to detail. 3Spires observed Palmer & Co.'s workforce perform their day to day functions window cleaning at height and it became apparent that not only do the management possess positive culture but it transcends through the work force too. We would recommend them to all.
